About Me

My journey as a mindset coach for student athletes combines my lifelong passion for personal growth, athletic performance, and a decade-long career as a marketing professional. With over 25 years of experience as a competitive athlete and coach, I’ve seen how the right mindset transforms both the game and life.

Lacrosse has always been central to my story. As a captain for the Greenwich High School team and a four-year starter at Roanoke College, I earned honors as a two-time NCAA All-American and was inducted into the Roanoke College Hall of Fame. Playing at the highest levels taught me the importance of resilience, discipline, and a strong mental game.

After my playing career, I spent years coaching youth and high school teams, helping athletes build confidence, focus, and mental strength. Recognizing that mindset is the ultimate game-changer, I became certified as a positive mindset coach to empower athletes with the tools to thrive under pressure, overcome self-doubt, and achieve their full potential both on and off the field.

When I’m not coaching, my family comes first. I love spending time with them and my friends, being outdoors, traveling, or dancing at a concert. For me, a fulfilling life is about meaningful connections and doing what lights you up—values I bring into my work with every athlete I coach.

Beyond coaching, I host the Constantly Curious podcast, sharing inspiring stories of resilience, growth, and connection from athletes and entrepreneurs.

Whether you’re the parent of a young athlete or an athlete ready to level up, I’m here to help build the mindset needed for success in sports and life. Let’s work together to unlock what’s possible!
