I’m Lindsay Potter — a former All-American athlete, certified mental performance coach, mentor, and longtime coach of student athletes. My story includes over a decade of experience in marketing for brands like TEDMED, lululemon, SpikedSeltzer, Budweiser, RISE, and Reed’s. Today, I channel that experience into coaching full time.

As a certified mental performance coach, I help student athletes build the confidence, resilience, and mental toughness they need to thrive under pressure, both on and off the field. The work we do together goes beyond sport — it strengthens not just the athlete, but the whole person. Stronger, more grounded, and more self-aware people naturally become better athletes.
