Hi, I’m Lindsay!
I’m a former All-American athlete, certified mental performance coach/mentor, and long-time coach of student athletes. After 10 years in business as a marketing professional, I pivoted in my career to pursue more purposeful work. I became certified as a mental performance coach and help young athletes build mental toughness, confidence, and self-belief, so they can thrive under pressure both on and off the field. Together, we’ll create a vision for their future, equipping them with tools to manage stress and overcome challenges.
